Now the Peoples’ Republic of China (Communist China) is going to be checking some of the cargo coming into the United States for nuclear materials.

Let’s see:
o  The PRC runs operations at no less than two of our major seaports; Oakland and San Diego.
o  The PRC runs operations at both ends of the Panama Canal, our lifeline between the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans.
o  The PRC is going to be responsible, with no customs oversight, for checking cargo coming into the United States.
o  The Central Bank of China owns about 200 Billion Dollars of our outstanding debt (following only Japan and GB).
o  The PRC is using its spare change for a military modernization and build up in preparation for a Taiwan showdown.
o  The PRC is using its spare change for a military modernization and build to challenge the U.S. in the Pacific.
o  The PRC is using its spare change for a military modernization and build up in preparation for a global showdown.
o  The PRC bought the PC division of IBM and is now selling 16,000 PCs to the U.S. Government.
o  The PRC pegs its Yaun to the Dollar to maintain production cost advantages over the U.S.
o  The PRC has set up by various estimates since 1985 as many as 4500 front organizations in the U.S. to buy or steal secrets.

Is there a pattern emerging in all of this?

1.  Is China in Control of the Panama Canal?

“A Chinese company with close ties to the Beijing Communist government was planning to take over the operation of the Panama Canal, a secret government report revealed.

“And according to Adm. Thomas Moorer, with facilities at both ends of the canal and an agreement with the Panamanian government, Hong Kong-based Hutchison Whampoa Ltd. has the ability to all but control the strategic waterway.

“The company has long-term 25-year leases on the ports at each end of the Canal. They are run by the Panama Ports Co., a Hutchison Whampoa subsidiary.

But U.S. customs agents won't be on site to supervise the machine's use as a nuclear safeguard for the American shoreline that is just 65 miles away from Freeport. Under an unusual arrangement, a Hong Kong company will help operate the detector.

“The Bush administration says it is finalizing a no-bid contract with Hutchison Whampoa Ltd. It acknowledged the deal is the first time a foreign company will be involved in running a radiation detector at an overseas port without American customs agents present.
