Here are my views on the war. Keep in mind, i am an 18 year old female with no fears of getting drafted. Although, i do have friends that might. Yes, I do fear for them. At the moment i have a friend leaving in August for the Air force. He's ready. Unfortunately, the thoughts running through my head are not joyful. Is he ever going to come back? Am i going to get to see him graduate collage? Is he going to be successful? Who knows? But, You have to be positive, he will come back. He is doing this for our country, as well as the other thousands going into the air force, navy, etc.. We need to get in, Get out. I do not want this to be another Vietnam. People say it will, others say it wont. All i know is no more people deserve to lose their sons, husbands, daughters, or fathers. I say, we establish a government and let them go on with their own culture. If we keep helping them, how can they come back with nothing but kindness. I believe we need to systematically start bringing our troops home.
