First off is what I call the NFL's own "Biggest Loser" contest of the week.  The Lions and the Chiefs are a combined 1-14 for their last 7 games played.  KC not only lost to Oak at home but they also let the Broncos beat them twice in their 7 game tumble.  Det's  only win in their last 7 games came against the same Broncos at home where they thumped them 44-7.  Det is a much better team than their record shows especially at home where they actually had Dallas beat a couple weeks ago but KC keeps getting worse.  You might not want to watch this game but it's easy money, lay the 5 points and take the Lions in a rout over the Chiefs 44-10.

The Vikings are being touted as one of the hottest teams in the NFL right now.  Which if you look at their record over the last 7 games you might want to agree.  The problem is that even though they've gone 6-1 in their last 7 games the only team they played that I would consider a top playoff "Contender"  was the Packers who spanked them 34-0 and knocked out A.P.  Granted, they have put a lot of points on the board, most of which were due to the defense and the ground game not the passing of Jackson.  Washington ranks 9th in rush defense and 18th in passing, which leads me to believe that Childress will take a shot at trying to get the passing game going before the playoffs, lets face it we've already seen the only team in history or the future to ever win a superbowl without a passing game.  Jackson threw 3 picks against the Bears and should have lost the game.  The Skins will be aggressive with the blitz and because of poor reads and judgement Jackson will again struggle.  Collin's won't win the game for Wash but he won't lose it either, Portis will carry the team in a low scoring game that will come down to a field goal late.  Take Wash and the 6 1/2 points in an upset over the Vikings 16-13.

Good Luck
